After more than half a term of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Military Party Congress, drastically implementing the breakthroughs, the Provincial Military Party Committee has led and directed the provincial armed forces to achieve important results. The quality of training and combat readiness has been gradually improved, meeting the requirements of the task. The work of building a regular order, maintaining discipline, military safety, and administrative reform has had clear changes, the staff has good capacity, good qualities, and high inheritance. Agencies and units in the provincial armed forces have made efforts, been creative, and proposed many scientific, practical, and effective solutions in implementing the three breakthroughs. In particular, based on the practical situation, the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Military Party Congress has determined to add a breakthrough in the work of advising local authorities on building combat projects, creating changes in building potentials in the province's defense area, which are interconnected and solid, suitable to the characteristics and conditions of the locality, contributing to maintaining security, politics, order and social safety, creating favorable conditions for Ninh Thuan to develop rapidly and sustainably; contributing to building a Party organization that excellently completes its tasks, a comprehensively strong provincial military force, "a typical model".

The conference identified a number of key tasks to implement 3 breakthroughs until the end of the 2020-2025 term, focusing on organizing comprehensive training, with a focus, key points, close to the requirements of the tasks of the provincial military and each agency and unit; Implementing well the training motto "Basic - Practical - Solid" for training regular forces, "Basic - Practical - Quality" for militia and self-defense forces, focusing on synchronous, in-depth training, in a modern direction; Leading and directing the implementation of breakthroughs to improve the quality of regular construction, law enforcement, discipline, ensuring unit safety and military administrative reform; Building a team of cadres in the provincial military to develop comprehensively, with quality, quantity, and reasonable structure, ensuring a steady transition between generations.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Trinh Dinh Thach, Political Commissar of the Military Region, emphasized: In the coming time, the Provincial Military Party Committee needs to continue to research and implement three breakthroughs more drastically, creatively and effectively; in particular, strengthen the breakthroughs in training, combat readiness, and do a good job of advising local authorities in promptly handling possible situations, avoiding being passive and surprised.
