Attending the program were comrades: Truong My Hoa, former Vice President, President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa; Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, unions and localities.
The program awarded 75 scholarships, including: 40 scholarships from Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund for ethnic minority students in difficult circumstances and 35 scholarships from the Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Club for students who are children of fishermen in difficult circumstances. Each scholarship is worth 1 million VND.

Speaking at the program, comrade Truong My Hoa expressed her joy at the socio-economic development of Ninh Thuan province in recent times. At the same time, she shared the 25-year journey of formation and development of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and 10 years of operation of the Club for Hoang Sa - Truong Sa. She hoped that the students receiving the scholarships would continue to be good and study well, and that the sponsors would continue to accompany the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the Club for Hoang Sa - Truong Sa to maintain and implement many practical and meaningful programs and projects for the community.
