Dong Hung Commune Party Committee held a congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong presented a banner to the congress.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Setting an example - Development", the congress reviewed and evaluated the results of leadership in implementing the tasks of the past term, set out directions, goals, targets and key solutions for the new term. The Party Committee of the commune proposed breakthroughs including focusing on mobilizing all resources to invest in building synchronous socio -economic infrastructure, especially transportation and commune markets; promoting the application of science, technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation; promoting the development of the private economy.

Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong requested the Party Committee of Dong Hung commune to continue focusing on economic development, especially coastal agricultural economy, maximizing the potentials and competitive advantages of the locality to create a breakthrough in socio-economic development; accelerate the completion of inter-commune and inter-regional traffic infrastructure; promote the central role, subject, goal, motivation and resources of farmers and enterprises; create the most favorable conditions for farmers and enterprises to participate in production and business.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of the Dong Hung Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 27 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trinh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
