Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Do Anh Tuan emphasized that this is an honor and pride not only for each individual Party member, but also a common joy and pride for the family, Party cell, grassroots Party Committee and Long Bien District Party Committee. The awarding of the Party Badge demonstrates the recognition and respect of the Party, State and People for the contributions of comrades to the Party's revolutionary cause, the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the Fatherland.

Up to now, although they have retired and are old, they have always been exemplary leaders in many fields; contributing to the successful completion of political tasks, socio-economic development and ensuring security and order in the district and city.
