On the afternoon of April 17, the Party Committee of the People's Procuracy of Quang Ninh province held its 2nd Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.

In the past term, the Party Committee of the People's Procuracy of Quang Ninh province continued to promote its strengths, proactively overcome all difficulties, and well performed its political tasks and Party building work. All professional and technical targets were achieved and exceeded; basically completing the targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress of the People's Procuracy of Quang Ninh province for the 2020-2025 term.

During the term, the People's Procuracy at two levels received over 6,180 reports and supervised the settlement of over 6,070 reports. Supervised the settlement of 8,040/8,313 cases. Organized 1,034 experience-sharing sessions. Through inspection, 1,078 recommendations and 181 notices were issued. The work of resolving civil disputes and administrative complaints increased compared to the 2015-2020 term, with 16,726 cases and matters received, an increase of 7,759 cases. Supervised the execution of over 11,740 convicts. Strictly supervised the activities of the Enforcement Agency, ensuring that 100% of the Court's judgments and decisions with legal effect were enforced. The quality of supervision work continued to be improved, no one was wrongly convicted, no criminals were left out; discipline and public service discipline were strengthened; Other aspects of work are performed to ensure requirements and tasks are set out.

Political and ideological education, Party building, inspection and supervision work within the Party are maintained regularly and effectively. Inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee, Inspection Committee and Party cells is carried out more systematically, in accordance with procedures and regulations. There are no complaints or denunciations related to cadres and Party members in the Party Committee.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee determined to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, the pioneering and exemplary role of party members, creating a clear change in the quality of activities of the Party Committee and party cells, party members in performing tasks, ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the Party, striving to successfully complete assigned political tasks. Effectively implement important and urgent tasks under the direction of the Supreme People's Procuracy Party Committee on implementing the Project "Continuing to arrange and streamline the apparatus to ensure effective and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of judicial reform in the new situation". Every year, strive to complete and exceed the targets of the National Assembly and the Supreme People's Procuracy; ensure that no wrongful convictions or criminals are left behind...

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee in the past term. He requested that in the new term, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee, Term II, continue to thoroughly grasp and further enhance awareness of the position and role of the sector as well as the important role of the staff and Party members; at the same time, it is necessary to drastically innovate thinking and working methods to promptly advise the Party Committee, the Procuracy sector as well as the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to consider and decide quickly, accurately and effectively, worthy of the role, position, requirements and demands of the task in the current context.

Immediately after the Congress, the Party Executive Committee of the new term needs to urgently develop an action program to implement the resolution of the 2nd Provincial People's Procuracy Party Congress and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. The contents, solutions and implementation roadmap need to be carefully studied to ensure the highest practicality, science and efficiency; continue to innovate leadership methods, working regimes and forms of Party activities to suit the characteristics of the unit.
