The 5AM music event took place from 5am to 9am on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Participants experienced a variety of networking activities during the 4-hour event.

Many young people before coming to 5AM still had the habit of “staying up late and waking up late”. But the music event has become a great motivation for many audiences to get out of bed and experience a completely different dawn than usual.

Participants arrived very early to check in and participate in fun-run and yoga activities from 5:00 to 7:30 am.

At this time, many young people could not hide their anticipation for the artists' music party. Not disappointing the audience, the line up appeared magnificently and stirred up the morning atmosphere. The 5AM concert left many emotions in the hearts of the attendees.

Sharing about this experience, many young people said this was the first time they participated in a music program early in the morning.

Ngoc Linh said: “ I never thought there would be a music show at this time, so I was determined to come and experience it. Usually, I often participate in music shows in the evening and play until late at night. I feel that Vietnam Airlines and the SpaceSpeaker artists have been very successful in attracting and leading the audience to practice a healthy lifestyle, bringing positive energy and excitement .”

Tung also shared: “ I was very surprised that a show by Spacespeakers artists brought such a chill feeling. I have attended many music events with the participation of today's artists, but because it took place in the evening, the feeling was completely different .”

At the event, participants experienced many sports activities such as jogging, yoga and breathing the morning air on the banks of the Saigon River before "burning" themselves out with Spacespeakers artists.

In addition, for the first time, Vietcetera also collaborated with Sun Life to bring Have a Sip - a prominent Podcast, closer to the audience. The sharing session featured 1977 Vlog, stories revolving around the Lunar New Year, about optimism and encouraging the awareness of planning for all projects, from physical health to personal finance.

When asked about her habit of waking up early, Hoang Ha shared: “ I always knew that waking up early was a good habit but never had the motivation to try it. This time, I really feel much more relaxed than when I usually wake up close to work and then rush to get ready. Maybe I will maintain this habit of waking up early at least 2 to 3 times a week .”

Through the 5AM program, Vietnam Airlines hopes to contribute to the journey of spreading and promoting the beauty of the destination, attracting tourists, music and sports lovers to attend the event.

In the future, the organizers hope that 5AM will go beyond the scope of a music show, expand many unique activities and develop into a community to practice scientific habits. This creates opportunities for each person to understand more about themselves, love and act to change their lives.
