At the training session, trainees will listen to lecturers from the Vietnam Electricity Association inform about Directive 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on enhancing electricity saving in the period of 2023-2025 and the following years; instructions on how to receive requests, provide information, and take care of customers on mobile devices; common electrical accidents, identifying the stimulating and fatal traumatic effects of electric current on the body; methods of first aid for people with electric shock, treating victims after separating from the power source; how to use and ensure electrical equipment to ensure safety and savings inside homes and offices; how to protect the safety of electrical works. At the same time, an overview of installation, benefits of using rooftop solar power, description of comparative energy on household appliances... Through the training session, trainees will be equipped with a lot of useful knowledge to use electricity safely and economically.
