At the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, VNPT was chosen as the unit to provide the entire telecommunications infrastructure, digital solutions and digital services for the congress.

This morning, December 1, the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term opened at the National Convention Center (Hanoi) with more than 1,100 delegates, representing more than 11 million trade union members nationwide.

The new point in organizing this congress is the strong application of digital technology in the organization and operation, helping to reduce time and costs of printing documents, improving the quality of discussion as well as interaction with delegates.

VNPT has equipped specific items including: 300 Mbps domestic and international direct internet channels, backup transmission channels; wifi system for press conference rooms; Domain Name; survey and initialization, service setup; direct personnel to operate and support users...

VNPT also provides solutions, including: face roll call via QR Code using VNPT's VnFace facial recognition technology solution. VnFace service uses Deep Learning technology on big data and AI to achieve high accuracy, anti-counterfeiting and fraud, avoiding the use of photos or videos to roll call; along with a series of other modern technologies such as Similarity Search, automatic speech recognition, Text to Speech, Edge Computing allowing calculation, data processing to increase speed and minimize costs as well as SHA security encryption, ensuring data security.

VNPT also supports delegates in using the software "13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union", this software includes 2 component systems: mobile application and portal page for users, system management page of the organizing committee - helping to monitor and control the progress of the congress, save time and costs of printing documents as well as participating human resources, transparent voting and election results; support the work of synthesis, reporting, statistics...

During the congress, VNPT also provided 1,200 YoLo 1Gb/day Data SIMs to all delegates to experience the latest utilities.

In addition to the services provided at this congress, VNPT has been providing a number of IT-VT services to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor such as: union member management software with 111,176 grassroots unions, managing nearly 5.2 million personal information as well as providing video conferencing services and data transmission channels, high-speed internet channels for union operations.
