This phenomenon occurs not only on desktop web browsers but also on mobile devices. Bing also issued an error message originating from this tool, and said that Bing will return to normal operation soon.

Many users reported that their Bing accounts were automatically logged out and they could not log back in. Not only Bing, Microsoft accounts also encountered the same problem.

As for Microsoft's AI chatbot, Copilot appears to be buggy and simply displays a "loading" message, followed by an error message saying “We're sorry, but you can't connect to the service at this time.”

The service outage also appears to be affecting the Bing Image Creator tool provided by DALL-E, which is displaying the same error message as Bing.

Currently, Microsoft representatives have not commented on the Bing and Copilot incidents.

As of early March 2023, Microsoft's Bing search engine reached 100 million daily active users after the search engine gained attention for integrating ChatGPT.

Tech experts say Bing’s growth is largely due to the next-generation version of its AI chatbot Copilot, which has sparked curiosity among users to experiment with search, with one-third of Bing’s daily visitors being new users.
