At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Xuan Tinh - Head of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on dissolving My Loc District Police to merge into Nam Dinh City Police; the decision of the Minister of Public Security on establishing and dissolving Commune, Ward and Town Police in Nam Dinh Province; announced and notified the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on staff arrangement.

After announcing the decisions, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of the Provincial Police presented the decisions to representatives of collectives and individuals; Colonel Chu Van Phu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police presented flowers to congratulate the leaders of Nam Dinh City Police and My Loc District Police on their new assignments.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of Nam Dinh Provincial Police Department, speaking at the ceremony, emphasized: “Implementing Resolution No. 1104/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2025 period of Nam Dinh province, the Provincial Police Department has focused on leading, directing, coordinating, and mobilizing the participation of officers and soldiers of the entire force with a spirit of urgency, seriousness, and high responsibility. The Provincial Police Department has carried out the process step by step in a methodical, scientific, and certain manner according to the instructions of the Central Government and the province and ensured quality and progress, especially creating unity, consensus, and support of officers and soldiers of the entire force. Up to now, the Provincial Police Department has completed the consolidation of the organizational structure and the arrangement and assignment of officers and soldiers according to the set roadmap and plan. This result demonstrates the spirit, responsibility, and sacrifice of the leaders, commanders, officers and soldiers of the units. Provincial police and staff units".

After the announcement ceremony of the decision, the Provincial Police Director directed the Party Committees and leaders of the Police units in the province subject to the merger to urgently arrange and stabilize the organizational structure to focus on serving the requirements of work and combat.
