At the conference, the organizing committee thoroughly grasped the work "Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy, imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

This is a book on foreign affairs, expressing the consistent and consistent thoughts of the leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam on Vietnam's foreign policy and diplomacy in the new period. The Provincial Police presented maps of Vietnam to 6 units in the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc. Hai Duong Book Distribution Joint Stock Company presented 200 books to the Provincial Police.
