When reaching Km27+500 Provincial Road 156B, all 3 vehicles did not obey orders, drove straight, and "passed the traffic police checkpoint".
Considering the high speed driving behavior (about 100km/h), officers and soldiers avoided to both sides of the road to ensure safety, did not pursue the violators and took clips and images for investigation.

Immediately afterwards, the Working Group coordinated with the Phin Ngan Commune Police (Bat Xat District) and the District Police's General Investigation Team to cordon off the area and search. At 6:30 p.m. the same day, the joint force invited the three subjects to come in for questioning.
During the investigation, it was determined that the three subjects were all from Phin Ngan commune, including: Phan Lao T. (born in 2004) driving a motorbike with license plate 24A-01376, in Suoi Chai village; Ly Lao L. (born in 2005) driving a motorbike with license plate 24AD-01388, in Lao Sang village; Chao Lao L. (born in 2005) driving a motorbike with license plate 89B1-93937, in Ta Trang village. All three subjects confessed to the violations: Not obeying the orders of traffic controllers; not having a driver's license; arbitrarily changing the characteristics of the vehicle (tuning the exhaust, revving the exhaust).
The Traffic Police - Order Team has drawn up a record of temporary detention of the vehicle as a basis for settlement according to the provisions of law.
