After graduating from high school, Tham passed the entrance exam to study English pedagogy at Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa).

In 2020, Tham graduated from the English pedagogy department and returned to her hometown to open a foreign language class at home for students in the village.

On August 1, 2023, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son district (Thanh Hoa) signed a decision to recruit English teacher Le Thi Tham, assigned to teach at Dong Thinh Primary and Secondary School.
