Hanoi Police Club officially reached an agreement to recruit Brandon Ly in June, and signed a contract with this player a few days ago. But it was not until today that the team announced this deal.

"Welcome Brandon Ly to become a part of the Hanoi Police Club family. With a background in English football, versatility in defense and a progressive spirit, Brandon Ly promises to be an important piece in the team's future journey," Hanoi Police Club announced on its homepage.

Brandon Ly is being accommodated at the headquarters of the Hanoi Police Club at the PVF Football Center ( Hung Yen ). Brandon is being tested by coach Alexandre Polking and if he meets the requirements, he will be placed in the starting lineup.

Brandon Ly was born in 2005, 1.75m tall, plays as a defensive midfielder and right back.

His father is Vietnamese of Chinese descent and his mother is Irish. Brandon Ly currently does not have Vietnamese citizenship.

With the desire to contribute to the Vietnamese national teams in the future, Brandon Ly decided to return to Vietnam to compete. And he contacted brokers to find a club. After a period of research, this player decided to join the Hanoi Police Club.

Brandon Ly's true ability is unknown, but if he performs well, this player will have the opportunity to be supported by the Hanoi Police Club to obtain citizenship. And further, he can become a new resource for the Vietnamese national teams.
