Every year, the Institute of Biotechnology regularly has new patents and utility solution patents granted (about 6 to 12 patents each year). This shows the correct direction of the leadership of the Institute of Biotechnology, which has created conditions, encouraged and had appropriate mechanisms to promote intellectual property activities at the unit to develop both in breadth and depth.
Exclusive Utility Solution Patent No. 2558 originates from the Academy-level technology development task "Perfecting the preparation for treating oil pollution using biofilm-forming bacteria on biochar derived from rice husk", implemented in 2021-2023.
