The art program with the theme "Phu Tho - Aspiration to rise in the new era" will be held at 8:00 p.m., June 30, 2025.

Recently, the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province issued Official Dispatch No. 5577 on assigning the task of preparing to organize an art program to celebrate the event announcing the merger of administrative units at all levels with the theme "Phu Tho - Aspiration to rise in the new era".

The program is held from 20:00 - 21:30, June 30, 2025. Location at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province (Vinh Phuc ward, Phu Tho new province).

To successfully organize the program, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to develop a plan to ensure security and order, and prevent fires and explosions before, during and after the program takes place at the Provincial Square.

Develop a traffic diversion plan and routes at the art program venue, Ho Chi Minh Square area, and arrange checkpoints at both ends of Hai Ba Trung Street.

The Department of Construction sent technical experts to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to inspect and ensure absolute safety of the stage for the art program.

Vinh Phuc Electricity ensures a stable power supply in Ho Chi Minh Square during the program. Develop a plan and assign technical staff to deploy a backup plan to promptly handle any power outages.

Vinh Yen City People's Committee proactively decorates urban space; organizes general cleaning of Ho Chi Minh Square area; renovates streets, lighting, especially the roads around the Theater - Ho Chi Minh Square, ensuring a green, clean and beautiful city.

Arrange the space and location to organize the program. Mobilize 200 delegates including officials, civil servants, public employees and people from all walks of life to participate in the art program.

Strengthen propaganda to all classes of people to know and participate in the Art Program to celebrate the event announcing the merger of administrative units at all levels with the theme "Phu Tho - Aspiration to rise in the new era".
