To prepare content for the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023, the Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches and localities to complete draft reports and thematic resolutions in various fields.

Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has sent 3 contents to the Provincial People's Council; there are 30 contents that have not been sent to the Provincial People's Council, of which 17 contents have been submitted by departments and branches to the Provincial People's Committee and 13 contents have not been submitted by departments and branches to the Provincial People's Committee.

Some important contents expected to be presented at the meeting include: policies to support the implementation of population resettlement in natural disaster areas, especially difficult areas, border areas, spontaneous migration, and special-use forests in Ha Tinh province in the period of 2023-2025; support policies for Lao students studying abroad who are eligible for scholarships of the province; policies to support the Community Digital Transformation Team and hire digital transformation experts in the province; policies on ensuring security and food safety in the province; policies to support the development of logistics and export services in the province...

At the meeting, leaders of departments, branches and localities reported on the content and progress of implementation of assigned units' contents to submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval at the meeting.
