On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China (October 1, 1949 - October 1, 2024) - a great holiday of the Chinese People, on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I would like to send my best regards and best wishes to Comrade Wang Huning, member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and comrades in the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

I am pleased to see that over the past 75 years, the Party, State and People of China have made great achievements in the cause of reform and opening up, socio-economic development and building socialism with Chinese characteristics. I believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary and President Xi Jinping as the core, the Chinese people will continue to unite and strive to successfully fulfill the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the 2022-2027 term, including the important role and contribution of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, especially the role of promoting the strength of great national unity and consulting on important issues and policies for the Party and State.

I also highly appreciate the results achieved in the friendly cooperation between our two organizations in recent times, especially the successful coordination in organizing the Second Friendship Exchange Program between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Fatherland Front - Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the border provinces/autonomous regions of the two countries in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam in November 2023. Through this important event, I believe that the friendly cooperation between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will increasingly develop, contributing positively to the common cause of the two Parties, two States and peoples of Vietnam and China.

Wishing Comrade Chairman Wang Huning and all leaders and cadres of the Chinese CPPCC good health, happiness, and many achievements in their noble positions. Wishing the traditional friendship between Vietnam and China to be forever steadfast, stronger than mountains and rivers.
