The highlight of the term is that the Corps Party Committee has successfully completed 19 goals, tasks and 23 targets set by the Resolution of the 14th Corps Party Congress. The Party Committee led the entire Corps to successfully and especially successfully complete many tasks: Building defense works, advising the Ministry and directing, surveying, designing, examining, appraising, and managing the quality of construction of defense works nationwide; participating in ensuring the safety of domestic and international political events taking place in Vietnam; detecting and handling bombs, mines, explosives, and level 5 bombs and ammunition, contributing to protecting people's lives, health, and safety, cleaning the environment, and creating conditions for sustainable socio-economic development; preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, and conducting search and rescue; successfully completing the task of participating in earthquake relief in Turkey (2023), in Myanmar (2025) and participating in the United Nations peacekeeping force, leaving a beautiful image of the Vietnam People's Army as brave, intelligent, and creative in the hearts of international friends; Participate in helping people prevent, combat and overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (2024); build Phong Chau pontoon bridge and ensure traffic by bridge and ferry in Phu Tho from September 2024 to present, creating necessary and important conditions for local stability and development.

The Party Committee leads and directs innovation, creativity, improves quality, efficiency and completes 100% of political education and legal education programs for subjects; training work is focused on leading and directing according to principles, mottos and substance. Annual inspection results are 100% satisfactory, 75% or more are good and excellent. Organizing competitions and sports events closely, comprehensively innovating in content and form, linking techniques with tactics, close to combat reality, effective, practical and safe, and is assessed by the Ministry of National Defense as making even, comprehensive and solid progress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the tasks of the Corps will develop and be more widely dispersed, with complex tasks, posing new requirements and political determination in leading the Party building and the Corps. The Party Committee of the Engineering Corps continues to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on military, national defense and homeland protection tasks in the new situation. Proactively study, grasp the situation, promptly advise the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on engineering tasks. Propose to develop, amend and supplement legal documents in the management field. Direct the entire army's engineering force and its subordinate units to synchronize the system of documents, forces, means, logistics and technical materials suitable for stationing, closely coordinate, organize and practice proficiently the plans, and be ready to mobilize to carry out tasks in all situations. Directing and implementing the task of building national defense works, ensuring "secrecy, safety, quality, and high combat power". Carrying out the task of clearing bombs, mines, explosives, and handling level 5 bombs and ammunition in accordance with regulations and safety. Ensuring good logistics and technical work for the missions of the Corps.

Focus on building a clean and strong Party organization of the Corps, with high leadership and combat capacity, a contingent of cadres and party members with pure moral qualities, good working capacity, democratic and scientific working methods, and no degradation in political ideology and lifestyle ethics. Strictly comply with regulations on organization and staffing; improve the quality of training, education and training, build discipline, manage discipline and promote administrative reform. In training, focus on organizing training according to the motto, attach importance to synchronous and specialized training in a modern and practical direction, training in mastering weapons, technical equipment, and training according to tasks. Strengthen night training, mobile training, high-intensity training, in difficult and complicated conditions. Combine military training with political education and physical training, between training and training. Improve the level of training method organization, combat advisory level, training advisory level, and organization of enhanced live-fire drills. Organize and participate in domestic and international competitions and sports events with high results. Lead and direct the implementation of military science work well; promote the role and responsibility of agencies and units, first of all, the leading cadres and leaders to successfully carry out breakthroughs in scientific research, creative application and digital transformation; create strong changes in the quantity, quality, scientific content and high applicability of topics, initiatives and technical improvements. Promoting the tradition of "Opening the way to victory", nearly 80 years of building, fighting and growing up of the Corps, with absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Corps Party Committee is determined to lead the building of a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Engineer Corps; comprehensively strong, "exemplary and typical", successfully implementing the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Corps Party Committee, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Army Party Committee and the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; continuing and embellishing the tradition of "Opening the way to victory" of the heroic Vietnamese Engineer Corps.
