Dien Loi Commune People's Committee (Dien Chau District) said that the Dien Chau District interdisciplinary inspection team discovered violations in land exploitation outside the licensed mining area of ​​Thien Hoang Equipment Joint Stock Company (Thien Hoang Company) and Hoang Phuc Company Limited (Hoang Phuc Company).

Afterwards, representatives of Dien Loi Commune People's Committee, two enterprises and the North Central Geological Federation went to the site of two mines to determine the location, measure the volume and area of ​​exploitation beyond the licensed scope.

After the inspection, the North Central Geological Federation and the two enterprises with the above violating mines provided documents and initial measurement results, as follows:

Hoang Phuc Company exploited outside the licensed mineral area of ​​2.19 hectares, with a volume of nearly 106 thousand m3 of soil. Thien Hoang Company initially determined that it exploited outside the boundary of the first leased land area of ​​more than 2 hectares, with a volume of more than 114 thousand m3 of soil.

On the same day, speaking to reporters over the phone, Mr. Tang Van Luyen - Chairman of Dien Chau District People's Committee said that the measurement data of the two above-mentioned mines was not in accordance with the procedure. The above data was obtained because the enterprise invited the measurement unit itself, so the results were not recognized.

"The measurement must be contracted by the state and the unit selected to ensure objectivity" - Mr. Luyen informed and said that Dien Chau District People's Committee is continuing to select a re-measurement unit.

As reported, in early August, the interdisciplinary inspection team of Dien Chau district inspected and discovered many violations at the two above-mentioned mines. Notably, both enterprises had mines that exploited outside the licensed boundaries.

At this time, initial inspection data shows that 2 businesses have exploited beyond the scope of more than 1 hectare of land.
