The Party Committee and the Battalion Command have thoroughly grasped and directed the two training companies to ensure the motto "basic, practical, solid"; comprehensive training, focusing on improving techniques and tactics, combined with training for health, courage and formal style. Before entering the live ammunition test, the units organized segmented and combined shooting so that soldiers could get used to the explosions, build a strong mentality, and at the same time draw lessons for each soldier and the entire unit.
No longer as bewildered as in the early days, now, after a period of training in the army, the new soldiers are all strong and mature. After 3 months of training, the soldiers have mastered the techniques, basic movements, grasped the conditions for testing shooting and throwing exercises, and trained their spirit, courage, and style. During the testing process, the new soldiers have mastered the knowledge they have been equipped with; practiced the correct techniques, remained calm and confident, completed the test content well, and strictly followed the orders of the commander on the training ground. This three-explosion test is the basis for the unit to properly evaluate the capacity, training level of the staff and the practical ability of the new soldiers. The three months of training for new soldiers passed quickly, on the faces of the new soldiers there was no longer the confusion like on the first day of enlistment, the sun and wind of the training ground helped the young men in their eighteens and twenties to become more and more resilient. The knowledge gained from the basic training content, especially the techniques of shooting, throwing grenades and making explosives, is a valuable asset that helps the new soldiers to be confident when they join the new unit and will always complete the assigned tasks well.
