In recent days, on social networks TikTok and Youtube, a number of video clips have appeared describing the assembly of each part and the operation of a wooden car with a sci-fi design made by a carpenter in Bac Ninh and posted, attracting a large number of viewers and expressing interest.

Specifically, the clips have attracted nearly 5 million views on TikTok, 150,000 video views on Youtube and a total of nearly 3,000 comments.

According to observations, the moving structure of this car is almost exposed, viewers can see the machine working when the car is rolling. Nguyen Thanh, a user on TikTok commented: "So amazing, I didn't think that a car made from wood could move so stably. This is a wooden "super car" that has never been matched by any other car company in the world."

Many other users, including foreigners, expect that this wooden car will be noticed by car manufacturers and brought to exhibition areas so that people can see it in reality.

Speaking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , Mr. Truong Van Dao, the person who created the car, said that his current job is a carpenter in Bac Ninh. The car he made was based on ideas from science fiction movies and the support of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

According to Mr. Dao, AI will produce many simulations with different sizes. Then, he will adjust the proportions and some details to match reality. Talking about the reason why he did not follow the models of other car manufacturers, he said that viewers are very interested in car models created by Vietnamese people. However, in terms of engines, everything is based on many years of experience in car manufacturing.

"Regarding the car's machinery, I used two electric motors, the gears on the car were inspired by mechanical watches. This car still doesn't have a suitable name. Previously, I used available models from famous brands such as Audi, Ford, Rolls-Royce... and remade them on a smaller scale with wooden materials, currently I have made nearly 20 cars. I am having the idea of ​​making an Apple Car also out of wood, inspired by AI, although Apple is just hatching the idea." - Mr. Dao said.

This craftsman revealed that many foreigners have expressed interest in buying the wooden cars he is displaying, but he does not want to sell them because there is only one of each type.
