On December 24, Thu Duc City Police (HCMC) are investigating a fierce fire at a wood workshop.

After 5 p.m., a fire broke out in a wood workshop of hundreds of square meters on Street 7, Long Thanh My Ward. Many people saw the fire and rushed to put it out but were unsuccessful.
Thu Duc City Police and fire trucks were dispatched to the scene. Because the wood workshop was located near the Thu Duc City Military Command, the army arrived to help put out the fire and evacuate the property.
Police then pulled out a water hose to put out the fire. More than 30 minutes later, the fire was extinguished.
Initial determination of the fire did not cause any human casualties but a lot of property was burned.
