TPO - With a length of about 565 meters and an investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, the underpass at the Duong Dinh Nghe - Me Tri intersection (under the elevated Ring Road 3) is expected to be built by Hanoi City in the near future.

Previously, according to the proposal of the Hanoi Department of Transport, the underpass will be built on Me Tri - Duong Dinh Nghe road, under Ring Road 3, with a total tunnel length of about 565m and an estimated investment of about 975 billion VND.

This project is located within the construction scope of Nam Tu Liem district and Cau Giay district.

To ensure that the urban road surface on both sides of the tunnel has enough space for 2 motorized lanes and 1 mixed lane, it is necessary to cut the existing sidewalks of Me Tri and Duong Dinh Nghe streets.
