Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Tran Dinh Nghi reported on the 5-year summary of the implementation of Decision No. 657-QD/TU and Decision No. 1675-QD/HU.

After 5 years of implementing Regulation No. 657-QD/TU and Decision No. 1675-QD/HU, the district level has organized 58 dialogues with 8,470 participants, with 1,222 opinions expressed; the commune level has organized 262 dialogues with 19,660 participants, with 3,423 opinions expressed. The main forms of dialogue are periodic dialogues and thematic dialogues. The opinions explained are guaranteed to be thoughtful, serious, reasonable, and in accordance with regulations.

Direct contact and dialogue have brought about very positive effects in raising people's awareness and understanding in carrying out political tasks; helping Party committees and authorities grasp information from the grassroots, promptly detect problems and arising issues; strengthening trust and creating high consensus among the people.

At the conference, delegates clarified difficulties, limitations and lessons learned; and at the same time proposed tasks and solutions for the coming time.
