Meanwhile, head coach of the Myanmar women's team - Tetsuro Uki expressed his gratitude for the thoughtful reception of Phu Tho province, and affirmed: "In this group, there are very strong opponents, but we are ready to have the best performances.

The whole team has gathered with the strongest lineup and has just gone through a training trip with many positive results in China. Myanmar's goal is to focus on each match to pass the group stage and not worry no matter which team they meet in this year's tournament."

As the defending champion of the tournament, head coach of the Philippine women's team - Mark Torcaso said the team's goal is to play all 5 matches in this tournament.
