The report at the conference pointed out: In recent years, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the attention and facilitation of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, the coordination of member organizations, the Fatherland Front system from the province to the grassroots level, the content and methods of operation have been constantly innovated, focusing on the grassroots level; diversifying forms of propaganda, mobilization, gathering, uniting people of all walks of life, and religious followers to well implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and State, actively participating in patriotic emulation movements, campaigns contributing to the construction of new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and socio-economic development.

Through that, the 8 contents of the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, good life, good religion" have been widely deployed in residential areas and received the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the positive response of all classes of people. The good results have contributed to improving the material and spiritual life of the people, maintaining security and order, especially creating a relationship of solidarity and attachment between Catholics and non-Catholics in residential areas (KDC) in the whole province.

Many residential areas of the Buddhist Sangha have become outstanding examples in the movement of economic development, poverty reduction, security and order protection, social safety, good implementation of the work of encouraging learning, caring for the cause of education and community health care, gratitude, humanity, charity, building cultural life in residential areas, actively contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals in the province. Many priests, monks, and officials are shining examples in labor production, building parishes, religious communities and beautiful residential areas.

In the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, the Provincial Party Committee and the people in the province have voluntarily contributed more than 640 billion VND, donated nearly 1.5 million ^square meters of land, relocated and demolished more than 650 residential houses, more than 2,400 fences, gates, yards, and more than 590,000 working days to repair and renovate many village cultural houses, expand and modernize the rural traffic system, contributing to bringing the number of districts meeting the standards and completing the task of building new rural areas in the whole province to 14 units; the number of communes, villages, and hamlets meeting new rural standards to 388 communes, 816 hamlets, and hamlets (including 4 districts, 125 communes meeting advanced new rural standards, 32 communes and 599 hamlets, and hamlets meeting model new rural standards).

In building a cultural life, every year 87.6% of households register to strive to achieve the title of cultural family; over 100 thousand families are recognized as "Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children and grandchildren". Reforming, educating, and helping hundreds of people who have made mistakes, the number of successful mediation cases reached 84.7% of cases, contributing to resolving small conflicts at the grassroots level, uniting people in residential areas.

With the spirit of "love and service", in recent years, the DBCG together with all classes of people in the province have responded to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind" more and more effectively. In the period of 2020-2025, 4,987 Great Solidarity houses were renovated and repaired; gifts were given to poor students who have overcome difficulties, those in especially difficult circumstances and social security activities worth over 1,500 billion VND... The charity, philanthropy and social security activities of the DBCG have contributed to reducing the poverty rate in the province in 2024 to 2.12%.
