The company recommends: The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee continue to pay attention to clearly planning land for production, creating conditions for leasing public land, arranging concentrated livestock land fund of 50 - 100 hectares, supporting administrative procedures; increasing the organization of training courses, digital transformation training by industry for businesses in the province.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong acknowledged and praised the efforts of Cao Bang Import-Export Joint Stock Company in production and business, contributing to the development of the local economy. He directed a number of key orientations to enhance the sustainable development capacity of enterprises. To develop in the long term, enterprises must change their business thinking, improve product quality, invest in brand building, apply modern technology and especially comply with the law, harmonize the interests of enterprises and the community, protect the environment; focus on promoting areas with strengths such as high-tech livestock farming, modern retail services, combining digital transformation with smart governance.

Regarding financial management and tax obligations, he requested the Company to strictly implement, especially the creation of electronic invoices from cash registers in accordance with regulations, to make business operations transparent and ensure a healthy competitive environment; focus on strictly controlling inputs (origin, source, invoices, goods documents). This is an inevitable requirement in the current context, to protect the rights of legitimate businesses and ensure obligations to the State.

Facing the modern development trend, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the Company should seize the opportunity, promote traditional strengths, pioneering spirit in integration, and develop the Company to be worthy of being the leading enterprise of the province in the field of trade - services - high-tech agriculture.

It is recommended that departments and branches continue to accompany businesses, proactively listen and support in solving difficulties. The Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinate to review the entire legal system related to land and housing management to have a plan to use public land effectively, in accordance with regulations and for the right purpose.
