Thuan An commune has more than 22,600 people, of which ethnic minorities account for 16.78%, religious followers account for 44.1%. Thuan An commune Party Committee was established under Decision No. 1851 of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee with 39 grassroots party organizations and 1,066 party members. The total number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers currently working is 97 people.

After more than 1 month of operating under the 2-level local government model, Thuan An commune has basically completed the arrangement and consolidation of the organizational structure of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and affiliated mass organizations and party organizations. The apparatus has initially operated smoothly.

From July 1 to August 14, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 650 applications, of which 590 were processed. The socio-economic situation has developed positively, and social security is guaranteed.

Thuan An Commune Party Committee has successfully held the 1st Congress, term 2025-2030 since the end of July. Up to now, the commune has organized 6 classes to study, disseminate and thoroughly understand the Resolution to key cadres. Party cells have directly disseminated it to party members. The Commune Party Committee has also issued an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress to specify the targets and solutions for unified implementation throughout the Party Committee.

However, Thuan An commune still has limitations and difficulties such as inadequate facilities and working offices. The Public Administration Service Center has not been fully equipped with necessary equipment, leading to delays in receiving and handling administrative procedures.

Regarding human resources, the locality still lacks in some areas such as: Ethnicity - religion, agriculture, environment, information technology, internal affairs, education, health, justice, Party work, document synthesis...

At the meeting, the Party Committee of Thuan An commune proposed that the province pay attention to investing in the construction, repair and upgrading of the commune headquarters; support vehicles, machinery and equipment, especially information technology infrastructure, to meet the requirements of digital transformation and effective operation of the Commune Public Administration Service Center. The Provincial Party Committee should soon issue new regulations on decentralization of management of cadres and civil servants, recruitment processes, transfers, appointments, and introduction of candidates according to authority; consider supplementing and transferring personnel for vacant positions...

In his concluding remarks, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee and government of Thuan An commune in the past time, especially in establishing, arranging the apparatus, staffing and organization.

The Party Executive Committee of the commune has been flexible, determined, and resolute in directing, operating, uniting, and making efforts to overcome all difficulties, meeting the requirements of the assigned tasks in terms of socio-economy, as well as ethnic affairs, religion, national defense - security, administrative reform, and digital transformation.

Besides, the Provincial Party Secretary also shared the difficulties and limitations that are barriers and affecting the common activities of Thuan An commune such as facilities and working headquarters.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Thuan An Commune Party Committee strengthen solidarity, unity, and join hands to implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term to achieve the best results. The implementation process must include comparison, verification, inspection, and supervision. The set goals and targets must ensure growth and development. Along with that, the locality needs to focus on implementing well the work of social security, sustainable poverty reduction, and national target programs.

Party committees and authorities need to proactively review the arrangement of the apparatus based on a general guidance framework, ensuring the assignment of cadres in accordance with their functions, expertise, and strengths in accordance with their authority.

Regarding human resources, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam suggested focusing on training, fostering, and improving the quality and skills of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Regarding local recommendations and proposals, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to fully synthesize and advise the Standing Committee to have appropriate solutions.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to the Commune Party Committee, Commune Police, Commune Military Command, Firefighting and Rescue Police Team of Region 14; representatives of the Thuan An Standing Militia Combat Post; Dak Lao Standing Militia Combat Post.

The delegation presented 30 gifts to policy families, prestigious people and households in difficult circumstances in Thuan An commune.
