The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that at 4:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of storm No. 7 (storm Yinxing) was located in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 335 km north-northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. The storm moved westward at a speed of about 5 km/h.

In the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 in the northwest sea of ​​the North East Sea, about 145km north of Hoang Sa archipelago, will change direction to the southwest, moving 5-10km per hour, weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 13.

At around 4:00 a.m. on November 12, the storm from the sea of ​​Quang Tri to Quang Ngai continued moving southwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h, gradually weakening into a tropical depression.

At 4:00 a.m. on November 13, the tropical depression in the Central Highlands region, moving southwest at a speed of 10-15 km/h, weakened into a low pressure area.

At sea, day and night of November 10, the sea area west of the North East Sea (including the sea area of ​​Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong winds of level 8-11, near the eye of the storm level 12-15, gusts over level 17, high waves of 4-6, near the eye of the storm 7-9. The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria-Vung Tau has strong winds of level 5 during the day, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7, rough seas, and the wind gradually decreases at night.

The Northwestern East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) has storms and rains, the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand has scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8.

On the day and night of November 11, the western sea area of ​​the North East Sea (including the sea area of ​​Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6-8, near the eye of the storm will have strong winds of level 9-11, gusts of level 14, rough seas, waves 3-5m high, near the eye of the storm will have strong winds of level 5-7m. In the east, the northeast wind will be strong winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas, waves 3-5m high.

The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, near the storm's eye it has strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, rough seas, waves 2-4m high, near the storm's eye 3-5m.
