In order to meet the travel needs of people during the September 2nd holiday, the Cooperative has a plan to increase from 5 to 10 trips/day.

To facilitate passengers, the Cooperative applies technology to sell electronic tickets, provide information and instructions on ticket prices, times, departure and arrival schedules of trips, and sell tickets at the declared and listed transportation fares. The Cooperative also gives priority and incentives to students with difficult circumstances studying in Hanoi regarding ticket prices and seats. In addition, the Cooperative equips journey monitoring and cameras installed on vehicles to closely monitor vehicle and driver operations to ensure compliance with regulations on transportation business and take timely corrective and handling measures for drivers and assistant drivers who violate the regulations.

At the units managing and operating bus stations in the province, a plan has been developed and organized to serve passenger transport during the National Day holiday on September 2 and a plan to coordinate with authorities to mobilize vehicles to transport passengers from vehicles that have been penalized for overloading passengers in the locality.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Nga, Head of the Northern Bus Station (Thanh Hoa City), said: During the holiday from August 31 to September 3, the number of passengers arriving at the bus station is expected to increase by about 20% compared to normal days. After the holiday, the number of passengers will increase by about 30%, especially on the Thanh Hoa - Hanoi route. Therefore, the bus station has organized and arranged staff at the bus station to guide, support, and prioritize the sale of bus tickets and use of other services at the station; deploy ticket sales, publicly post ticket prices, create convenience for people who need to buy tickets, and at the same time have measures to prevent and combat ticket speculation and trading, and prevent the situation of illegal ticket price increases that cause social disorder.

The bus station has arranged enough waiting or resting places for passengers, ensuring a clean and safe environment. In addition, the bus station has worked with transport businesses to prepare to increase about 20-30 vehicles to clear passengers at the bus station to other provinces and cities. During this peak period, the bus station regularly coordinates with the police force and the Department of Transport Inspectorate to promptly handle acts that cause disorder and traffic safety in the bus station area.
