He requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels from the province to the grassroots continue to promote a sense of responsibility, avoid subjectivity, proactively review all tasks that have been and are being implemented, and clarify who is responsible for what. Sectors and localities are required to ensure human resources and means, deploy spring crop production on schedule, prepare for tree planting and launch industrial production in the first days of the new year, create a spirit at the beginning of the year, and be determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, and successfully carry out the assigned tasks. Continue to perform well in social security work, synchronously implement solutions to ensure political security, social order and safety throughout the area, strictly control homemade weapons and illegal explosives, and organize cultural, artistic, sports and festival activities that are joyful, practical, safe and economical.

Reviewing the results of 2023, the Provincial Party Secretary frankly pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations from Party building, political system building to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks that need to be seriously recognized and overcome in 2024.

He suggested that party committees at all levels should continue to improve the quality of party activities, training and fostering of party members. In socio-economic development, it is necessary to promote the urbanization process, develop infrastructure of economic zones and industrial parks, develop social housing systems for workers, attract investment projects, key traffic works, reform administrative procedures, etc.
