Based on reports and proposals from localities, representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment discussed, answered, and provided specific instructions on procedures and solutions for each case. At the same time, disseminated new regulations on decentralization, delegation of authority, and division of authority in the land sector of the Government, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , and provincial People's Committees when implementing 2-level local government.
