According to information from the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the People's Council of Bac Ninh province has just issued Resolution No. 352 to support contract payment costs for teachers, administrative staff at public preschools and general education institutions and cooking staff in public preschools in the province for the 2024-2025 school year.

According to the resolution, the total proposed budget to support labor contracts for teachers and kitchen staff for the 2024-2025 school year is over 215 billion VND.

Of which, the budget to support teachers is over 45.2 billion VND; the budget to support teaching staff, accountants, support for education of the disabled, equipment, and experiments is over 22.2 billion VND; the budget for office administration staff is about 12.9 billion VND; the budget to support student counselors is over 14.6 billion VND and the budget to support cooking, medical, clerical, librarian, and cashier staff is over 120 billion VND.

The resolution notes that the implementation period for teachers and cooking staff should not exceed 10 months (from August 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025).

The term for administrative staff shall not exceed 12 months (from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025).

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is responsible for directing the payment of 100% of the regime through bank accounts and reporting the results at the regular mid-year meeting of the Provincial People's Council in 2025.
