In addition, Ms. Hoa will continue to participate in the Board of Directors of Viettel Tanzania Company and nominate Ms. Hoa to participate in the Board of Directors at Viettel Cambodia Company and Star Telecom Company to replace Mr. Phung Van Cuong.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa has just been appointed CEO of Viettel Global.

After resigning from the CEO position of Viettel Global, Mr. Cuong was appointed General Director of Viettel Post to replace Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh.

In another development, Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh, who has just left the position of General Director of Viettel Post, has been appointed General Director of Viettel Telecom Corporation.

Regarding business performance, Viettel Global recorded sales and service revenue in the fourth quarter of 2024 reaching VND9,639 billion, up 27% over the same period last year. Consolidated profit after tax reached VND3,710 billion, more than 4 times higher than in the fourth quarter of 2023, also the highest level ever.

The fourth quarter business results helped VGI escape the accumulated loss of thousands of billions of VND, on the contrary, it has more than 2,290 billion VND in undistributed profit after tax.
