3 ways to look up 2025 university benchmark scores quickly and accurately

According to the adjusted virtual selection and screening plan for 2025, instead of 6 virtual screenings as originally planned, the Ministry of Education and Training 's selection system will increase to 10 times, ending at 12:30 today, August 22. Then, universities will simultaneously announce their benchmark scores in the afternoon of the same day.

Search on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training

- Candidates visit the official website of the Ministry of Education and Training: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

- Log in with ID card number/CCCD and login code.

- Go to "Search" and select "Search admission results".

- The system will display the result "Pass" or "Fail" for each wish.

Look up on the websites of universities and colleges

Candidates access the website of the school they are applying to.

- Search for "Look up benchmark scores" or "Look up admission results".

- Enter the required information (eg: registration number, full name, date of birth) to look up.

After knowing the admission score, all successful candidates (including direct candidates) must confirm their admission on the system (if they wish to study) before 5:00 p.m. on August 30. If they skip this step, they will be considered to have given up their admission wishes and their results will be canceled.

Candidates need to follow the plan of the school they are admitted to complete the procedure. In 2025, the number of candidates and registration wishes both increased sharply. Nationwide, there were more than 7.6 million registered wishes, accounting for more than 73% of the total number of candidates. On average, each candidate registered nearly 9 wishes. The number of candidates registering for admission also skyrocketed by more than 115,000 compared to 2024, partly due to vocational colleges participating in the common admission system.
