26 hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City officially change their names

Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh has just signed a decision to officially rename 26 hospitals in the new Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, the old Ho Chi Minh City area has 17 hospitals, Binh Duong has 3 hospitals and Ba Ria - Vung Tau has 6 hospitals.

All are under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health .

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the City Department of Health to be responsible for directing the implementation of personnel and financial transfers at these hospitals according to the status quo principle.

At the same time, issue regulations on the correct functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of hospitals in accordance with legal provisions and decentralized and authorized authority.
