At the program, Xuan Quang Commune Police disseminated information about the harmful effects and consequences of fires and explosions; the importance of fire fighting; directly instructed people on knowledge and skills of fire prevention and fighting; and instructed people on how to use fire extinguishers in fire prevention, fighting and rescue; instructed people on how to use initial fire fighting equipment to extinguish fires and escape skills in fires. Thereby gradually moving towards the goal: "Each house has at least 1 fire extinguisher, 1 person is trained in fire prevention and fighting", contributing to limiting the occurrence of fires and explosions and minimizing damage caused by fires and explosions.

Giving fire extinguishers to poor households; organizing propaganda and guidance on fire prevention and fighting are meaningful and practical activities, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility in ensuring fire prevention, fighting and rescue safety of families. Thereby, propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the provisions of the law on fire prevention and fighting, promptly detecting and effectively handling fires as soon as they arise, not letting fires spread, large fires causing damage to people and property, thereby promoting the movement "Fire prevention and fighting for all people".
