Today (April 10), ASUS introduced Zenbook DUO (UX8406), a unique laptop that allows users to use it in many flexible modes, with intuitive ScreenXpert software that makes it easy to control the content displayed in all modes.

Zenbook DUO is the world's first ultraportable laptop with two 14” Lumina OLED 3K 120 Hz touchscreens. With a detachable ASUS ErgoSense Bluetooth® keyboard and touchpad.

It’s a multitasking powerhouse with exceptional portability at just 1.35kg. Two 14” ASUS Lumina OLED 16:10 3K 120Hz displays are connected by a 180° lay-flat hinge.

Users can experience up to 19.8” of seamless visual space across two displays in portrait or landscape orientation. This gives users the flexibility to use Zenbook DUO in multiple modes as a laptop, dual display, desktop, or shared screen device.

The rechargeable keyboard can be detached to maximize your workspace or placed on the bottom display for a traditional clamshell laptop experience. The included ASUS Pen features 4096 pressure levels and is supported by ScreenXpert software to enable intuitive smartphone-like multi-touch gesture support.

Zenbook DUO usage modes:

Dual-Screen Mode: When used with a wireless keyboard, this mode provides a 19.8” screen area, which can be used as an extended display via the ViewMax feature.

Desktop mode: suitable for programmers, researchers, writers and people who need access to large data spreadsheets, or things like financial analysis....

Laptop mode: Users can place the ASUS ErgoSense Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad on the lower display for a traditional laptop-style experience, complete with a 14” display and tall 16:10 aspect ratio. The pogo-pin connector automatically recharges the keyboard.

Screen Sharing Mode: Allows for easy content sharing during meetings and presentations. The 180° hinge lays the screen flat so everyone can view the screen easily from any seating position, supporting better interaction and discussion.

The product features an Intel Core™ Ultra 9 processor with AI-enhanced NPU, up to 32 GB LPDDR5x memory, up to 1 TB PCIe® 4.0 SSD, long-lasting 75 Wh battery, and Dolby Atmos® sound system certified by Harman Kardon.

The premium ASUS Lumina OLED display is Dolby Vision certified and Pantone certified, achieving 100% cinema-standard DCI-P3, ensuring vivid, accurate color display. The display is also VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified for absolute black.

The touchscreen supports high-precision stylus input, allowing users to launch a virtual keyboard, maximize windows, and more with simple multi-finger gestures.
