
At the end of July 2025, Thach Quy Urban Area (Thanh Sen Ward) officially started construction. The project has a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, approved by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 12/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2022; adjusting the project investment policy in Decision No. 07/QD-UBND dated January 26, 2024. Thach Quy Urban Area has added to the chain of modern urban areas that are increasingly being invested in the central ward of the province with modern, convenient and synchronous functions.
Mr. Vu Hong Su - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Skyland Group Investment Joint Stock Company, the project investor, said: “The urban area has an area of 10.1 hectares, located in a prime location of Thanh Sen ward. The project will be a complete functional complex, including: townhouses, apartments, land, offices, commercial services, social housing... meeting all segments according to the needs of people and secondary investors. We also hope that the urban area will continue to be an architectural highlight, shaping a model urban area to improve the quality of life of people and contribute to promoting the local socio-economic development”.


Immediately after the groundbreaking, the investor coordinated with contractors to build infrastructure, construct foundations, and implement the first items such as roads, water supply and drainage, electricity, etc. The project strives to be completed within 36 months from the groundbreaking date.


Also in Thanh Sen ward, Le Van Thiem Luxury City Urban Area is located in one of the locations considered the "core development point" of a type II urban area and is also under construction. The project has a total investment of nearly 300 billion VND, a scale of more than 2.7 hectares, and is positioned as a luxury real estate project with 61 villas, townhouses, and shophouses. The project, when put into operation, will provide abundant supply for the real estate market, meet housing needs, create urban space and architecture; at the same time, this is also one of the driving forces to attract attractive investment into the central urban area of the province. According to the investor, the project will be put into operation at the end of 2025, early 2026.
