Accordingly, at the above time, the container truck with license plate 34C-09802, driven by driver Vu Van Bay, born in 1976, residing in Hai Duong province, was traveling from Cha Lo International Border Gate to Khe Ve intersection, when reaching La Trong 2 bridge, it lost control and caused an accident.

At the scene, the truck's body was overturned, blocking the middle of the road, the cabin was leaning against the bridge railing. Traffic on this route was jammed.

As a result, the container truck was severely damaged, however, the driver was fortunately uninjured. After the accident, authorities were present to protect the scene, regulate traffic and handle the incident.
