Hop Tien Commune launches peak period of reviewing and granting land use right certificates for the first time

Working group collects documents and supports people in Minh Thanh village.

Through synthesis, the whole commune has 725 land plots that have not yet been granted certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land for the first time.

During the peak period, from July 15 to August 30, 2025, the commune's working groups will directly go to the cultural houses of 35 villages in the area to collect documents and guide people in preparing documents to apply for certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land for the first time for eligible cases. At the same time, the working groups will record existing problems and difficulties to summarize and report.

Not only receiving at the village, at the Commune Public Administration Service Center, staff are strengthened to receive land-related records of people on the National Public Service Portal.

By July 29, Hop Tien commune had completed screening 10/35 villages and received over 200 records from people.

After receiving the documents, the commune classifies each document, on that basis supports people in setting up documents, coordinates with the land registration office to organize measurement sessions, and issues certificates for eligible land plots; develops plans, and asks for opinions from superiors in case of problems to find solutions for people.
