Opening the program, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau read a letter from President Vo Van Thuong to children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2023.
At the program, the organizers presented 115 gifts worth a total of 120 million VND to students in difficult circumstances and to teenagers and children attending the program.
