China and Finland to face off in final

These are the two teams that met in the qualifying round on the 4th night of the competition. Thus, China and Finland were tied, and will meet again in the upcoming international fireworks final.

The above result was completely worthy of the eye-catching performance that conquered the audience of both teams. However, the audience also regretted that the other extremely strong fireworks teams, Italy, the US, and France, were eliminated.

These 3 teams also won the sympathy and enthusiastic cheers of the audience in previous competition nights.

The jury consists of famous musicians, painters, heads of foreign diplomatic agencies in Vietnam and is consulted by the consulting unit - Global 2000 Company.

This result is based on a set of scoring criteria including: Originality, design ideas and adaptation to the performance theme; diversity, richness of effects and intensity of colors; synchronization between music and performance; ending and overall impression of the performance; emotions and evaluation of the judges.

Musician Nguyen Duc Trinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association and a member of the jury, said: "We feel sorry for the other very strong and creative teams like Italy or France, but we cannot bring all the teams to the final."

To ensure objectivity for the final round, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City (chief judge), drew lots for the performance order and determined that the Chinese team would perform first.

The jury also announced the awards of DIFF 2024, including the champion team receiving a prize worth 20,000 USD along with a trophy and certificate, the runner-up team will receive a prize worth 10,000 USD along with a trophy and certificate.

In addition, there is also an award for the most popular team (voted by the audience) with a prize worth 5,000 USD, and a creative award with a prize worth 5,000 USD.

The final night of DIFF 2024 with the theme "Made of Young Generation - Future Beat" will take place on the evening of July 13, closing the 12th DIFF season.
