After directly directing and operating the training forces, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan acknowledged and praised the training and performance results of the participating forces. He said that there are less than 10 days left until the exhibition opens, "this time the units have made a lot of progress, the formations are more mobile, and the performance movements are more fluent".

Sharing with the participating forces, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan said he was very proud to have stood in the parade in 1985. The second Vietnam International Defense Exhibition also took place on the special occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day.
