DigiTrans Smart City Competition 2023 Award Ceremony

This is a contest organized by the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City and the People's Committee of Thu Duc City, aiming to exploit the potential of the young intellectual community and technology startup projects and businesses.

First prize went to the project Casso-payOS - Payment operating system with many new initiatives

The competition attracted more than 100 participating projects, of which 50 potential projects were selected as technology startups and projects from universities: University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Da Nang University of Technology, University of Natural Sciences (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education.

In the final round, the teams compete by presenting their products and business models to a panel of judges who are experts in the fields of technology, innovative startups and representatives of agencies and units accompanying the competition.

Through the competition, projects are completed and developed with ideas and products and have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes from sponsors, as well as receive support to participate in the incubation program at the High-Tech Business Incubator (SHTP-IC).

The final result of the first prize belongs to the project Casso-payOS - Payment operating system with a prize of 50 million VND and 1 year of free bus ticket service from Vexere.

Second prize goes to SMT-Swarm Entertainment project: New light art replaces fireworks in smart cities, prize of 30 million VND and 6 months of free bus ticket service from Vexere

Third prize went to the VieTech Solutions 2 project - Application of 3D printing of bioplastics in the design and manufacture of exoskeleton actuators for hand rehabilitation, with a prize of 20 million VND and 3 months of free bus ticket service from Vexere.
