Ha Long City: Announcing the results of PAR INDEX and DTI rankings in 2024 of wards and communes

On the afternoon of April 2, Ha Long City organized an in-depth analysis conference on the PAR INDEX (administrative reform index), SIPAS (satisfaction index of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies), DGI (district-level governance efficiency index), DTI (digital transformation assessment index), DDCI (competitiveness assessment index at the department, industry, and local levels).   2024; announce the results of PAR INDEX and DTI rankings in 2024 of wards and communes in the city.

The leaders of the City People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in consulting and coordinating to improve the city's indicators in 2024.

According to the results of the PAR INDEX, SIPAS, DDCI, DGI, DTI indexes of agencies, units, and localities in the province, 2024 is the second year that Ha Long City continues to lead the province in the local block for the 3 indexes PAR INDEX, DDCI and DTI. Specifically as follows: PAR INDEX is 93.68 points (an increase of 1.81 points compared to 2023); DDCI is 79.35 points (an increase of 6.65 points compared to 2023); DTI is 903.51 points (excellent level). For the remaining 2 indexes, SIPAS and DGI, the city has also significantly improved in scores compared to 2023.

Based on the results achieved, the Conference spent time analyzing and clarifying good practices, the causes of decline in each component index in the assessment criteria set and proposed solutions to improve the indexes in the coming time.

The leaders of the City People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the PAR INDEX, DTI indexes and achievements in coordinating the investigation of the SIPAS, DGI, and PAPI indexes.

Regarding the ranking results of PAR INDEX and DTI indexes of specialized departments, offices and communes and wards in 2024, the city will continue to seriously and objectively evaluate the indexes, closely following the evaluation criteria according to the province's index sets.

Specifically, for the 2024 administrative reform index ranking results in the block of specialized departments and offices, the Department of Home Affairs ranked 1st. In the block of wards, the People's Committee of Ha Khanh ward ranked 1st. For the block of communes, the People's Committee of Thong Nhat commune ranked 1st.

For the DTI index in 2024, the average score of communes reached 806.43 (good level) with 21/32 communes and wards in the excellent and good levels, of which, Ha Khanh Ward People's Committee ranked 3rd in the province.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing and improving the 2024 index sets received Certificates of Merit from the City People's Committee.
