On April 4, Dong Bac Corporation held a conference to summarize the implementation of the Corporate Culture Regulations and the Code of Conduct in the Corporation, period 2012-2024.
In the period of 2012-2024, the Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Corporation have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, directives, regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics and the Corporation on the field of management, building and developing culture and people in accordance with the reality of the unit and the area where the unit is stationed, in conjunction with the implementation of the Corporate Culture Regulations (CC) and the Code of Conduct in the Corporation. Accordingly, culture has been built in the economy, creating a legal cultural environment when coordinating work within agencies and units; when communicating and cooperating with partners, customers, when contacting people and state agencies.
The Corporation has also built a strong reputation and brand in the industry. The “Northeast” culture has become increasingly profound with partners and customers, and the image of “Northeast Soldiers” has become clearer in the hearts of the people in the stationed area. From there, it has promoted agencies and units to excellently complete political tasks, build clean and strong Party committees and organizations, comprehensively strong units, and excellently strong mass organizations; there have been no serious violations of the law or discipline that need to be handled…
At the conference, delegates contributed opinions, discussed enthusiastically and responsibly about the results of implementing VHDN and the Code of Conduct; at the same time, pointed out difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings in the implementation process and made recommendations and proposed solutions.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Do Manh Kham, General Director of the Northeast Corporation, requested agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the building of culture and people in the new period in conjunction with the implementation of the Corporate Culture Regulations in the Corporation; continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the conclusions and regulations of the 13th Central Committee on building and rectifying the Party and the political system in conjunction with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Campaign to Promote Tradition, Contribute Talent, and Be Worthy of the Title of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new period.
Amending and supplementing the Corporate Culture Regulations to suit the new situation; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, enhancing the application of information technology, simplifying administrative procedures in the fields of operation of the Corporation, improving working efficiency and professional style of officers, employees and workers.
Based on their functions and tasks, agencies and units review, advise and propose amendments to regulations and rules to be consistent with the Corporate Culture Regulations, ensuring that culture permeates all areas of operation, building a democratic and transparent working environment. Regularly pay attention to and take care of ensuring good material and spiritual life for cadres, civil servants and workers, especially places to eat, live, rest, and regenerate labor force...
Also at the conference, the Corporation awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 14 individuals who had outstanding achievements in implementing the Corporate Culture Regulations and the Code of Conduct in the Corporation for the period 2012-2024.
