The inspection delegation led by Major General Ngo Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Mass Mobilization, Standing Member of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Head of the Inspection Delegation, inspected the development and implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of Ba Son Corporation on May 25.

The delegation included Major General Nguyen Viet Hung, Deputy Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry; Colonel Vu Hai Dang, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Defense; representatives of the Finance Department, representatives of functional agencies of the General Department of Politics and the General Department of Defense Industry.

Identifying the building and implementation of democracy in the unit as the leading factor for stabilizing and developing the unit sustainably, the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and Board of Directors of Ba Son Corporation have regularly directed, organized, thoroughly grasped, and effectively implemented resolutions, directives, regulations, rules, and guidelines of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics, the General Department of Defense Industry, and the unit on building and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations. Thereby, policies and measures have been proposed to lead the implementation of the regulations, concretizing the leadership through regular leadership resolutions and annual plans to implement the grassroots democracy regulations of the unit.

Since the beginning of 2022, Party committees and Party organizations at all levels in Ba Son Corporation have properly implemented the provisions of the Party Charter, strictly followed the principle of democratic centralism, proactively developed and promulgated regulations on leadership of a number of key aspects of work, and at the same time reviewed, developed, revised, supplemented and perfected regulations and provisions on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations in accordance with the above instructions. Attending the Party Committee's conference to self-inspect the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of Ba Son Corporation and giving a preliminary conclusion, Major General Ngo Thanh Hai assessed that the Corporation has built and well implemented the Grassroots Democracy Regulations in the recent past, creating solidarity and unity among the leadership, the Board of Directors and the entire unit.
