In particular, it is necessary to grasp the political situation in the Central Highlands, perfect combat readiness plans, focus on improving the quality of training and comprehensive exercises at all levels, the ability to master weapons and equipment, and ensure safety in all aspects. Party committees and commanders of agencies and units need to strengthen the ideological management of officers and soldiers; encourage non-commissioned officers and soldiers with cultural and technical qualifications to volunteer to serve the Army long-term. In addition, the process of merging logistics and technical agencies needs to be carefully studied to ensure functions, tasks, and plans for harmonious and reasonable use of officers.
